    This 12 week protocol begins with 4 weeks of boosting digestive strength whilst healing & sealing the Gut. It then moves on to a 4 week antiparasitic & candida cleanse protocol (which should be conducted once a year). It then returns to a final 4 weeks of herbs to reset the gut that nourish the enteric nervous system (the 'gut-brain').

    Eat a simple wholefoods diet for 4 weeks whilst avoiding simple sugars and processed food. For breakfast have a teaspoon of Leaky Gut Seal Mana in bone broth or veggie stock, then before each meal take 2mls of Benedictine Bitters Elixir, and after each meal 1-2 capsules of Digestive Fire.

    Complete Gut Reset Kit (12 weeks)

    Month #1: Eat a simple wholefoods diet for 4 weeks whilst avoiding simple sugars & processed foods. For breakfast have a teaspoon of Leaky Gut Seal in bone broth or veggie stock, then before each meal take 2mls of Benedictine bitters, and after each meal 1-2 caps of Digestive Fire.

    Month #2: For 4 weeks continue with a wholefood diet whilst strictly avoiding ALL simple sugars, (including fruit juices, beer & wine). For breakfast have a teaspoon of Golden Gut Mana in broth or unsweetened almond milk, then before each meal take 2mls of Balsam of Gilead, and after each meal 1-2 caps of Hammer & Shield.

    Month #3: For the final 4 weeks gradually return to a normal healthy diet whilst repeating the herbal schedule from the 1st month.
