  • WA Bee Pollen, Organic Schizandra Berry, Organic Elderberry, Organic Davidson’s plum, Organic Bilberry, Organic Sumac Berry, Organic Juniper Berry, Organic Hibiscus, and Organic Beetroot powder.

  • 1 teaspoon, 1-2 times daily with intention.

  • Q: Is this product safe during pregnancy?

    A: Traditionally, pollen was indeed considered safe to consume whilst pregnant, with some research confirming this (Xie et al 1994), in very high doses however (2.5, 5 or 10 g per kg per day) pregnant rats experienced negative effects. (Journal of American Science 2010;6 -5) It is therefore important to stick to the dosages recommended of 1-2 tsps per day if considering Pollen. Otherwise, in at-risk pregnancies, Pollen products are best avoided just to be sure.

  • Since all our medicines are lovingly handcrafted and freshly ground in small batches, they may take up to 10 working days to arrive once your order has been placed.

    Also, our apothecary is located in a rural area, so despite the fact that we use Express Post, it may take up to three days for your package to arrive if you are in a remote or rural area.
