    Classical Inspiration: Galen’s ‘Hiera Picra’ & the 4th Century Benedictine monk-herbalists.

  • Essence of Nutmeg, Cinnamon & Orange oils, in spirit of Celandine, Gentian, Wormwood, Gymnema, Black Horehound, Wood Betony, Mugwort & Bupleurum. (approx. 45% alcohol).

  • 1-2ml, 3 times per day before food and with intention.

  • Not for use in pregnancy or while breastfeeding except under the direct supervision of a qualified healthcare practitioner.
