Each kit lasts approximately 4 weeks, with a standard course of treatment consisting of 12 weeks.
For best results either the Auto-immune or 'AIP Diet' or the GAPS Diet (Gut And Psychology Syndrome) should be followed whilst abstaining from caffeine and alcohol for 12 weeks.

If pregnant, breast-feeding, or undergoing chemotherapy Seven Treasures should NOT be taken. None of the Auto-Immune Kit formulas should be taken whilst using immune suppressant prescriptions such as corticosteroids.
