  • Anxious-free sustainable Qi by day, deep sleep by night.

  • Crushed Pearl Powder, Ashwaganda, Shatavari, Lion's Mane Mushroom, Nutmeg, Cardamom,

  • 1 teaspoon in the AM and PM in warm milk of you choice.

    In the morning for anxious-free sustainable Qi and in the evening for a sleepy night time tonic.

  • Although Moon Mana is gentle & safe, there is evidence that the ashwagandha it contains might interact with some medications, including those for diabetes, high blood pressure, immunosuppressants, sedatives, anticonvulsants and thyroid hormone medications.
