  • In Ayurveda & Yoga Rudraksha berries (Elaeocarpus G.) is famous for their use in enhancing consciousness & meditation. The traditional lore I encountered speaks of these fruits & their seeds 'polishing the spirit' and assisting in seeing the divine in everyday life. This is why Yogi's both wear the seeds and consume the fruits and refer to them as 'Shiva's Eye' seeds.

    Gathered in the pristine rainforests of Australia, this elixir is made from the whole fresh berries, and crushed seeds. Although it is not psychedelic, this plant does contain Indol alkaloids that are known to have a strong affinity for the brain and nervous system.

    After extracting in alcohol, the tincture is then combined with the distilled water of another Australian rainforest plant called Lemon Myrtle (Backhousia citriodora) which enhances mood, boosts the immune system and tastes DELICIOUS!

  • Australian Rudraksha (Elaeocarpus G.), Lemon Myrtle Hydrosol (Backhousia Citriodora), Water, Ethanol & prayerful good vibes.
