Our team inlcudes accountants, physicians, practice management consultants, lawyers and education specialists. Each member of the doctorjimi team has experience in his or her respective speciality.
William Hayashi, JD
William Hayashi, JD is an associate in the firm Williamson and Hayashi, located in Boulder, Colorado. He is a graduate of Dennison University and University of Colorado Law School. Many years of experience in contract negotiation and balancing employee/employer relationships makes William a valuable member of the doctorjimi team. He also brings the unique perspective of living in one of the most desirable places to practice medicine.
James Hayashi, MD
Doctor Hayashi has managed a multidoctor single specialty group, a multidoctor multiple specialty group and is currently managing his own single doctor practice. He has years of experience with headhunters and contract negotiations. He has studied at Duke University, University of Pittsburgh Medical School, Emory University and Washington University in St. Louis. Clients will value the insight James can provide about work in different regions. He has lived and worked in big cities, small cities, small towns, and places really out in the middle of nowhere. He values a balanced lifestyle and is a fitness nut who recently won the Alcatraz swim in his age division. Having raised three kids of his own, he also recognizes the importance of a good education.
Kate Hitchcock, PhD
Kate is a graduate of the University of Michigan and earned a PhD in clinical psychology from the University of Detroit. Dr. Hitchcock is the expert on the Doctor Jimi team in helping candidates define and prioritize their life goals. She serves as a vital interface between spouses and the selection process. Kate also indentifies the gender dynamic of employers early in the negotiating process.
